I am a mixed methods researcher with over 8 years of experience in survey & experimental design, data management, data analysis, research report writing, and presentations to diverse stakeholders. Through my expertise in human-centered research, I conduct multidisciplinary studies to (1) learn more about how people think, feel, and behave to promote positive user and customer experiences, and (2) lend data-driven insights to make a meaningful business impact and scale user & customer growth.

I earned my Ph.D. in Social Psychology from UCLA in 2023, where I investigated the roles of empathy, social support, conflict, and stress on the quality of close relationships and personal wellbeing. My work has been published in journals such as Frontiers in Psychology, and I have chaired symposia at major conferences including The Society of Personality and Social Psychology (SPSP).

I also run a small e-commerce side-hustle during my spare time, and enjoy swimming, running, and playing piano for fun.
